I am a lifelong computer engineer. I've developed chips, notebooks, servers, workstations, desktops, storage systems, and telephone switching systems. The project that was the most fun was designing a digital signal processor, writing the assembler for it, and then writing some of the code that ran on it. I am proud of the millions of shipped computer systems that I had a hand in developing and the 15 patents I've been awarded for some of my innovative work. I'm here now working independently developing iPhone and iPad Apps. I am new to Objective-C and Apple programming, so thank you to all those who have taken the time to patiently and kindly bring me up to speed.

Outside of my vocation I enjoy cooking with my two daughters, cycling, water skiing, snow skiing, the great outdoors, and traveling the world. I'm also enjoy keeping up with the latest developments in astronomy and physics. My opinions: neutrino's are not traveling faster than the speed of light and there is not any mysterious dark matter.
