Since 2000 I've been providing IT support & Service to clients in numerous fields like law, accounting, dental, cosmetic surgery, aesthetics, etc.

My goal is to improve the workflow through proper IT implementation. Therefore, eliminating trouble points in hardware and software for small to mid-sized business is my specialty.

I am proficient in software, hardware, PCs, Macs, Switches, Routers - from most all vendors. And my deep understanding of networking, software and (particularly) Microsoft products (Windows workstation, server, active directory, SQL, etc.) are a great help when working with almost any vendor or product.

I really enjoy helping a business by finding or designing a solution to boost their productivity.

Recently, I designed a custom VBA-coded Microsoft Access database application for a non-profit cemetery. This database application (front & back-end) is now used to track & bill the maintenance of thousands of graves as well as incorporating burial information of the deceased and the extra grave-site servicing. This system has eliminated countless of hours of repetitive clerical work.
