Debesh Mandal

I'm a PhD student at Imperial College London. My work uses molecular simulations to study soft materials for healthcare. My expertise lies in using LAMMPS, oxDNA, and ReaDDy to simulate complexation of DNA, and also the controlled release of drugs from hydrogel nanoparticles.

In my sparetime, I am using Go, ReactJS, C++, OpenGL, OpenCL as well as other application based code platforms and languages to experiment and ensure that I am constantly learning.
