I am a web and software developer and with a career in the IT industry of over 35+ years, which means I have a solid understand of technology and how to get the best out of it to meet client requirements.

Whilst I have worked at all levels of management and technical within organisations (including starting and running my own company of 12 people that I eventually sold), I am a developer at heart and enjoy the satisfaction of providing software solutions to business problems and am now looking for projects that allow me to use my skills to do this for clients. This comes from my genuine interest in business and problem solving and, for me, it is finding a way to make technology do that which is what I do best and enjoy.

During my career, I have been responsible for and worked on well over fifty IT projects of which most have meant involvement in the entire project life cycle. These solutions have been from single user solutions to major system implementations for multi-national companies across UK, Europe and the USA in many different industries. In addition I have also worked extensively with central and local government organisations. I developed and sold my first software package in the USA and UK whilst still at college.
