Bolbanabad District (Persian: بخش بلبان آباد) is in Dehgolan County, Kurdistan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Bolbanabad.[3]

After the 2006 National Census, Yeylan District was separated from Ghorveh County in the establishment of Dehgolan County, which was divided into two districts and five rural districts, with the city of Dehgolan as its capital.[3]

The census in 2011 counted 19,574 people in 5,310 households.[4] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 18,794 inhabitants in 5,868 households.[2]
