Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile is an upcoming first-person shooter game developed and published by Activision.[3] It is set to be released worldwide for iOS and Android in early 2024.

Gameplay

Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile features 120 player lobbies with a confirmed set of game modes consisting of "Battle Royale" and "Resurgence".[4] Both game modes consist of "Solo", "Duo's", "Trio's", and "Quad's" lobby types for both types of game modes. It is set to be released as a free to play title without any subscription necessary.[5]

Development and release

Warzone Mobile was announced in September 2022.[6] In November 2022, the beta version launched in Australia.[7] Currently the beta version is available in Australia, Chile, Norway, Sweden, Germany and Malaysia.[5]

Recent developments have indicated a delay in the official release of Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile, as reported by Eurogamer.[8] The revised timeline now points to a scheduled deployment in early 2024.[9]

Reception

The beta version received generally positive reviews from Tom's Guide's Marshall Honorof and IGN's Emma Matthews.[3][10]
