Dehdasht-e Sharqi Rural District (Persian: دهستان دهدشت شرقي) is in the Central District of Kohgiluyeh County, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 12,273 in 2,211 households.[3] There were 12,863 inhabitants in 2,785 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 12,277 in 3,159 households. The largest of its 56 villages was Kelayeh-ye Sofla, with 1,401 people.[2]
