Dysard Dageago (born 24 October 1994)[1] is a Nauruan sprinter. He is a Micronesian Athletics Championships medalist and he was a competitor at the 2017 World Athletics Championships.
Career
At the 2016 Micronesian Championships in Athletics, Dageago won a bronze medal in the 4 × 100 metres relay.[2]
In 2017, he competed in the men's 100 metres event at the 2017 World Athletics Championships in London, United Kingdom.[3] He competed in the preliminary round and he did not advance to compete in the heats.[3]
At the championships, Gabby Logan proposed that Michael Johnson, then 49 years old, would have a chance of beating Dageago in a race even at his current age and fitness. Johnson replied that he wasn't sure if he could do it.[4]
At the 2018 Micronesian Championships in Athletics, Dageago led off the Nauruan team in the 4 × 100 m, winning a silver medal behind Palau.[5]
