Faranah Region (N'Ko: ߝߙߊߣߊ߫ ߕߌ߲߬ߞߎߘߎ߲) is located in east-central Guinea. It is bordered by the countries of Sierra Leone and Mali and the Guinean regions of Kankan, Mamou, Nzérékoré, and Labé.
