Izi (Persian: ايزي, also Romanized as Īzī; also known as Qal‘eh-ye Īzī and Deh Benām)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Qasabeh-ye Sharqi Rural District of the Central District of Sabzevar County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,132 in 624 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 2,223 people in 716 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,486 people in 778 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
