John Bradley Skillman (born 1964)[1] is a United States Navy vice admiral who has served as deputy chief of naval operations for integration of capabilities and resources since December 2023. He most recently served as the Director of Programming of the U.S. Navy from 2020 to 2023. Previously, he served as the Director of Enterprise Support of the United States Navy.[2][3][4][5]

In July 2023, Skillman was nominated for promotion to vice admiral and deputy chief of naval operations for integration of capabilities and resources.[6][7]
