Kuhani (Persian: كوهاني, also Romanized as Kūhānī; also known as Kohni and Kuhni)[3] is a village in Shaban Rural District of the Central District of Nahavand County, Hamadan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,528 in 687 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,664 people in 788 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,674 people in 838 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
