I have implemented clustering for our application in weblogic 10.3.6 environment. I have created two managed server and one standalone server which is used as a proxy server.

But my problem is when I login to the application or searching through any parameter in my app, it doesn't allow me to proceed further and throws the following exception.

javax.naming.NamingException: Couldn't connect to the specified host : Connection refused: connect [Root exception is org.omg.CORBA.COMM_FAILURE: Co
used: connect vmcid: 0x0 minor code: 0 completed: No]
