I followed these instructions to move a project to another folder, now all of my references are broken and I don't know how to fix them.

open .csproj and remove this tag 

<Target Name="EnsureNuGetPackageBuildImports" BeforeTargets="PrepareForBuild"> bla-bla </Target>
