I need to make the ability to combine three meshes / point clouds easy to do in a graphical user interface. In MeshLab the "Align" function works perfectly using "Point Based Gluing" for combining the three meshes. But I can't find any script for this in pymeshlab or anywhere else. I've tried using pymeshlab's "Global Align Meshes" filter and tested it with a bunch of different parameters, but it doesn't give good results.
