Can a hidden helper text be applied to and read out by screen readers for non-interactive static elements? Please note; I do not wish for the helper text to be visible on the page.
Example:

As this value could indicate a range of things, how can I indicate to a screen reader user that this value references a "Quote value", without adding a heading above?
I tried using the aria-label attribute however I'm aware this should only be assigned to interactive page elements only, e.g., buttons.
