tkinter why does not press button but active

Question

As I intended, the btnrepress function should be executed when nwl.button is pressed, but

    nwl = Label(nw)
    nwl.config(text=str(hbc) + "시간" + str(mbc) + "분" + str(sbc) + "초")
    nwl.pack()

    nwbtn = Button(nw, text="실행", width=30, command=btnrepress(sb))
    nwbtn.pack()

    nw.mainloop()

When the btn.button button is pressed, the btnrepress function is executed with the new TK window.

To solve this, I tried specifying different variables and changing Tk to Toplevel, but I didn't know how to solve it.
