I made a strip plot with seaborn and would like to connect corresponding points of two categorical plots with vertical lines in between. Basically, my plot is similar to what exists here: Matplotlib: how to plot a line with categorical data on the x-axis? . What I want to achieve are vertical lines that connect the black and red lines for category A, B, C, etc. A similar idea is stated at Draw lines connecting points between two separate one-D plots, but I am working with categories along the x axis and also both plots are within same plot axis.
