Rostam Rud (Persian: رستم رود, also Romanized as Rostam Rūd)[3] is a village in Natel Kenar-e Sofla Rural District of the Central District of Nur County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 2,556 in 713 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,764 people in 857 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 2,673 people in 867 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
